Welcome—this section remains under construction.

Unlike many accountants, I realize I work with people rather than working with numbers.  My staff and I strive to provide the highest level of professional service while maintaining a close working relationship with our clients.  We try to deliver what people want, within the limits of existing regulations.  And, we respect the efforts of every person.

We work in a casual environment.  There are no suits in the office.   And, it was a conscious decision made purposefully to eliminate communication barriers.  We want our clients to feel welcome, to feel at ease, and to be comfortable because they are necessary elements of a successful working relationship.

This website discloses the policies, terms, and conditions of my work with you.  Some services are defined better than others and the site continues to change as I write about service areas provided.  Some of the example services provide links to additional information or checklists specific to that topic.

We Help You Optimize Your Business

We recognize you need reliable information in a form that can be used for decision making.  You do not need to waste your time learning accounting jargon or the tax code.  You do not need to waste your time becoming a computer expert.  You need to get the maximum results from your time, money, and effort.

·  Optimize your business strategy by testing, measuring, evaluating, and systematizing in the most efficient manner possible within the resources available.  You need relevant, easily obtainable data, at the lowest possible cost.

· Isolate and quantify result areas that hold the key to growth for your business.  Identify the high profit areas.  Know the return on your business assets.

· Engineer success into every action you take or decision you make.  Make each project a stepping stone to the next more profitable job.

· Never feel overwhelmed, out-of-control, or scared again.

· Gain real value among your customers and employees for maximum loyalty and results.

· Realize the profits and income you had in mind when you went into business in the first place.  Learn to work on your business, not for it.  It is easy to lose sight of your business purpose if you stop working on your business plan.  It is hard to remember the objective was to drain the swamp when you’re up to your behind in alligators.
